What this site collects

If you send the enquiry form, it stores the name, email address, website address, the problem and budget you selected, and your message. That is kept so the enquiry can be answered and so there is a record of what was agreed.

The form uses a short-lived rate limit which stores a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour. The address itself is never written to the database.

What it does not do

• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
• No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third-party servers. Everything is served from this domain.
• No cookies are set unless you leave a comment or log in.

How long things are kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as the working relationship lasts, and for the period your accountant or tax authority requires afterwards. Ask and they will be deleted sooner where there is no legal obligation to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address on the contact page and it will be handled within 30 days.

Hosting and processors

This site runs on server infrastructure I administer directly rather than on a shared platform, and outbound mail is relayed through a third-party sending service so that messages reach inboxes reliably. No analytics provider, advertising network or content delivery service receives personal data from this site.
