The problem

Asset delivery failures and broken responsive layouts on a WooCommerce storefront, inside a team already running an Agile workflow.

What was happening

A Canadian e-commerce company had a storefront where assets were not reliably reaching the browser and the responsive layout broke on exactly the screen sizes most of their customers were using. Both problems cost orders directly.

The work

Asset delivery was traced and repaired, and the responsive layout rebuilt against the breakpoints their real traffic showed rather than the ones the original build assumed.

All of it ran through the team’s own workflow: tickets in ClickUp, sprint cadence, code review by their developers. Being the outside specialist in someone else’s process is a different job from owning a project, and it works when the specialist adapts to the process rather than the other way round.

The outcome

Delivery and layout failures resolved, with the work carried through the team's existing ClickUp sprint process and code review.
